How do I change my Email address?
In order to change your email address at Videogon, please login to MY PAGE, and find the link "Email Address" under My Account. The system will let you change your email address, and then require a confirmation from your new email address (to insure delivery). Once you have confirmed from your new email address, all Videogon emails will go to your new address.
Videogon computers will continue to send emails to your old address until you complete the above process. Once completed, ALL emails from Videogon will go to your new address (including emails regarding your ads, bid notices, etc.)
